Electronic Rights Guidelines

Depending on the book publisher or company handling your rights, it is important to understand what you are giving to your publisher before you sign an agreement.

Generally, electronic rights will include electronic display rights as well as multimedia rights. If you grant your publisher full electronic rights, insist that any adaptations, abridgments, condensations or other changes to your work (the text or art for your book) are subject to your approval, and are not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
